  2. We review.
    Our buyers evaluate the request and check with suppliers.
  3. You hear back.
    We'll contact you within 3–5 business days with availability and pricing.
  4. Order fulfillment.
    Once confirmed, we'll let you know when your product arrives.

Good to know

  • Not every request can be fulfilled, but we'll always try.
  • Special orders may require advance payment or a deposit.
  • Member requests receive priority consideration.
  • Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts.
  • Some items have minimum order quantities.
